Raleigh North Carolina

You encounter a few of those places in life that really surprise you. Maybe it's a large city or a simple, quaint town that snags your attention. Within no time at all, you're checking into real estate, wanting to know the cost of living in this newfound utopia. I noticed a couple of these great finds, while living in the south. One was Charleston, South Carolina, and the other was Raleigh North Carolina. Both cities offered a wonderful southern charm, but with all the amenities we require of a modern city. If you still haven't taken a tour of the Carolinas, then you'd better get with the program. Down south is where it's at.

Raleigh North Carolina offers exciting city life “Carolina Style”, with its world-class museums, historic sites, professional sporting events, live concerts and Broadway shows, numerous parks and gardens and variety of culinary experiences which can satisfy a world-well traveled epicure. The whole spiel you hear about Southern charm is totally true. People will treat you differently down there. Hearing pardon me, please, excuse me, and thank you come standard. I can't say the same about every other place I've been.

I spent my high school years living in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. This was a stellar environment to say the very least. I was close to a larger city, Raleigh North Carolina, and not far from the coast. Pretty much everything I needed was within hands reach. That's the way I like it. Now that I have had the pleasure of living in a few different regions, there's something to be said about places like Raleigh North Carolina. Out of all places I’ve ever lived, Raleigh was certainly the friendliest.

According to Forbes Raleigh NC ranked 2 among Best Places for business in 2006. Housing and property in this fine region go fast. Fancy apartment buildings are going up, and loads of people are coming down from New York for a better quality of living. Isn't it time you acquired your piece of the pie? It's waiting down south.
